All you need for a short trip away

Pros: It's located 2 subway stops away from Manhattan. The area might seem slightly off but it really isn't. The bed was really comfortable. All you need for a short trip. A $60 cash deposit is required but it is returned on departure.

Cons: We did not have a kettle and coffee making facilities in the room. But there was a Sunshine Cafe next door so it was a plus.

Pros: The staff were really helpful and the location is great. I didn’t feel unsafe walking back from the subway at night, unlike some other reviewers.

Pros: A very good hotel with quite decent guests. Clean and cozy. Despite the fact that the area raises some concerns, the residents do not behave aggressively. The municipality places refugees in this area, but they are normal people, they just do not look like Americans and therefore create false impressions. Polite young guys at the reception.

Very Good Value 4 $$ if u don't mind commuting to Manhatten

Pros: Quiet, peaceful, clean hotel room, well equipped bathroom, friendly reception. Very good value for money, compared to the crazy hotel prices around NYC. Good place to stay for very few nights in Queens.

Cons: 15 not-most-pleasant walking minutes from Subway F, and the area where the hotel is is like industrial. Away from restaurants/supermarkets

Pros: 10 minutes from the subway, two stops from Manhattan. The area is not very safe, but we had no problems. Good value for money. Housekeeping every day.

Pros: Close to Subway and money worth. The room service is every day and very helpful reception. Close to a wonderful Cafe 9 where we had all our breakfasts.

A nice stay

Pros: I had a great time, The staff from the reception to cleaning and support staff was extremely kind and helpful. They showed me how to get around and even showed me where to get a train and bus. This was my first time in the US and I was able to use the basics they taught me to eventually get around even once I had moved and settled well. It was quiet and the rooms were cleaned very well.
