Pros: Comfortable and stylish bed and sitting room, convenient for subway into Manhattanand from JFK, friendly helpful staff, quirky and stylish

Cons: A little more equipment would be handy in the kitchenette e.g. a paring knife, larger cereal/soup bowls

PERFECT!!!!!!

Pros: A fantastically beautiful hotel! Family company! very clean and nice! The two of us had a four-bed deluxe room with 2 beds! The size is perfect for 2 people! beautiful bathroom and balcony! are excited! we'll be back when I visit my family in NY!!!!

Clean room, looks as advertised.

Pros: Room as advertised. Clean. Good amenities especially in bathroom.

Cons: The staff member on duty could not find my reservation when I arrived. Checking in is usually quick with booking.com. What should have been a 2-minute process took more than 20 minutes, he would not accept even the confirmation that I showed him in the Booking app on my own phone because he was unable to find whatever he needed to see in his own computer.

Perfect stay to enjoy New York.

Pros: This little hotel is a gem. Room was very nicely decorated, it almost had a home vibe. I liked the little balcony where one can sit outside and enjoy the weather, the bathrobe and slippers , the gym. Hotel is located near the subway so one can easily get around New York. Also, plenty of food locations around this place.

Pros: La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décoré, bien équipée et la dame à l'accueil était très sympathique

Cons: Malheureusement nous avons déposé nos bagages dans la matinée, lorsque nous les avons récupéré le soir, tous nos vêtements empestaient la cigarette, ce qui est très désagréable lorsqu'on est non-fumeur. Nous avons du tous les relaver.
