Pros: The staff were so friendly and chatty. The room was super comfortable and very clean. We really appreciated having lockers to store our luggage also.

Pros: Amazing view from the rooftop, very comfortable and clean room, great location close to subway and restaurants.

Pros: - Great views of Manhattan from the terrace - Very clean - Lockers on-site for storing bags pre and post check-out - Kind and helpful staff - Quick and easy to get to most places in Manhattan

Pros: View, design aesthetics. Appliances available in the room (microwave, kettle, dryer, iron, cooler) as well as in the common area (filtered water, storage boxes, shared umbrellas). Kind staff available at the reception throughout the day, ready to solve issues.

Cons: Shower curtain was too short, meaning water all over the floor, no matter how hard you try not to splash. There are apparently multiple rooms in one category, with different looks, meaning we didn’t get the one we saw on Booking (however we did not handle this with the staff, requesting a change).

Quiet and nice place relatively close to everything.

Pros: The team at the reception is awesome, really friendly and helpful, showed us how the thermostat works, helped us suggesting must see locations.

Cons: The heating in room 211 was a bit loud, but we got used to it after the first night.

Nice room with view on Manhattan

Pros: Nice room, clean and enough space to stay over a one week. The neighborhood might look odd but other than that very close to the metro and within 20 mins you are on the Times Squere.

The property was as advertised.

Pros: The property was exactly as advertised. The room was clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable. While I didn’t get a private balcony, it was fine as I think the room was quieter. The amenities were great including coffee and filtered water. Check in/out via the app made everything very easy. The location is an easy walking distance to 3 subway lines into Manhattan. The location suits a traveller who doesn’t mind being out for the whole day and coming back at the end of the day. If you like coming back several times during the day, the location is a little removed from major tourist areas. There is a great local deli close by and great food in Long Island City.

Pros: very very happy with our stay in this hotel, very clean hotel where everything is self-service, with beautiful kitchen and 3 magnificent terraces. the staff is very nice, a special mention for Travis, a very friendly, extraordinary person, who helped us find a wheelchair following an injury to my wife's ankle. Travis is an exceptional hotel employee, with great value, thanks to him, our trip was successful. thank you, thank you, thank you

Pros: Lovely rooms. Good facilities. We liked the self check in and basement facilities. Close to the subway and manhattan. Take outs, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Pros: The view from the Queen Room with a Balcony made the entire trip - Having that view when on the patio was great
