Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City

Pros: The room was good I was really comfortable The staff was really helpfull which I truly appreciated. The location is not to me of the best and there was the challenge of parking since I had a rental. But I will stay there again. The price was ok. In all I was good.

Cons: The challenge in getting a park.

Pros: We received a good service from the staff. The location is very good. Rooms a clean and comfortable.

Great price, great location, comfortable beds & clean hotel

Pros: Really lovely hotel and great price for its location! Really comfy beds and pillows. 20 Min Uber to central Manhattan or 30 min Subway ride. The hotel food was amazing! We had dinner one night, as we arrived late from the airport, and the food was really good - we recommend the Fish & Chips. They have a small 'shop' next to the reception with drinks and snacks and it's open 24hrs which was really good too. The soundproofing from outside noise was really good, there's a subway track nearby and it's very loud with the windows open but as soon as you close the windows you can't hear a thing. We were also right next to the lifts, but again we heard nothing!

Cons: The only things we experienced negatively was the loud people right outside our door that woke us up both nights.

Lovely and comfortable

Pros: Ice machine outside of room, perfect! Location was great fast and easy to get everywhere. Receptionist staff mediocre but the bar tenders were so pleasant, professional and attentive!

Cons: Bathroom too small but is no problem. Cleaner did nit vacuum the floor at all.

Nice location and friendly staff

Pros: The location was nice, close to some metro stations. The neighborhood was nice and had a lot of dining choices. The staff was really nice! Especially the lady at the reception.

Cons: Nothing really

Hotel with Hilton Standards in Queens

Pros: Spacious room with 180 degrees corner view out of large windows. Calm Equipped with everything one needs.

Cons: Early connections to LaGuardia still expensive.

Perfect NY stay at a great location

Pros: Everything. Staff were amazing. Location perfect. Lift secure. Fabulous deli Hudson Food Market right next door

Very good hotel in a perfect locaation near Manhattan

Pros: The location of the hotel in near 2 subway station, so its easy to reach everything you need. The neighborhood is very safe, you can easily walk around in the night. The staff is very friendly.

Cons: The room is very small for a family of 4. If you make the sofa bed there is almost no space to walk around the beds. I made a reservation for 4 person (2 child and 2 adults) and when we came in the room the bed for kids wasn't prepared. There even were no towels for them. We have to ask the reception for towels and same happends eveytime where the maid clean the room (3 times). They didn't leave as enough towels (just 2 instead of 4)

Good stay

Pros: Clean room, good location, private paid parking right next door.

Cons: The beds were not as comfy as some other hotels we have stayed.

A great hotel in a great location with great staff.

Pros: The location was perfect. There's a small supermarket (Hudson Food Market) less than a minute walk away. The subway station is also about a minute walk away. The staff was lovely.

Cons: We were given the room keys and just had to figure out on our own how to get to the room. There was no explanation of how to use the elevator (found out from another guest while in the elevator that you first have to scan the room key). The shower door wasn't leak proof so there was always a puddle of water outside the shower to clean up after each shower.
