Pros: Very big and spacious room in a great location. Clean Hotel conveniently located near subway stations and restaurants.

Pros: Not too much variety in breakfast. Ask many times for croissants and did not find.

Fantastic value just steps away from the heart of Manhattan

Pros: We loved this apartment hotel, the staff were great, the room was big and just a block from the subway. Great facilities in the room and so good to have a kitchen in the room. Breakfast in the morning was good and we loved the 24/7 market, and hot chocolate & coffee or tea available any time. Staff were friendly and polite and the kitchen ladies were great too especially Lina and her sister. Thank you for a great stay!

Cons: I would have liked a vacuum of the floors every few days as We were there 10 nights and the floor was getting very dirty by the end. Housekeeping was good but could have done floor cleaning and replenished kitchen essentials more often.

Close to the subway and lovely view back to manhatten

Pros: The accomodation was nice and clean. It was close to subway. Breakfast was fine.

Cons: Extreme rude behaviour of check in clerk/staff, Cal. We reached at 12.30 pm from airport and waited for check in due to room getting ready. Staff named Brian at desk at 12.30 pm was courteous and told that it may be possible around 2 pm. We patiently waited in lobby as we had arrived through 17 hour long flight. I rechecked at 2 pm, when staff at desk was another person named Cal. He was extremely rude and dismissive of any conversation with Brian. He made it clear that requesting for early check in by any minimal time is expecting too much. He got irritated and mentioned that hourly rate could be 50 dollars for early check in. He said that as per his information, room is not ready. On other hand, we had ourselves been upstairs with Brian at 1.30 pm to see a different room option when cleaning staff had also informed that our kind of room will be ready in 10 minutes. I am hence convinced that room was ready around 2 pm but Cal was adamant that it should only be given at 3 pm. His language and attitude, I have never seen worse anywhere in the world at any hotel check in staff. I am well aware that check in time is 3 pm but hotels generally accomodate early check in if room is ready. I stayed for four nights and had requested for early check in at the time of booking as well as on telephone 3 days before. It was not asking for anything big. Anyways, minimum expectation was courteous behaviour by staff. But Cal not only misbehaved but ensured that we didn't get the room even a minute before 3 pm!!

Pros: Room was comfy, spacious with a kitchenette. Washroom was clean except exhaust which was not up to the mark. Breakfast was rich in options, however i would suggest increasing one hour of the breakfast time during weekdays.

Cons: Nothing much.

A great base for exploring Manhattan

Pros: Breakfast, value for money, location, kitchenette. The neighbourhood feels pretty safe and the public transport is convenient and close (3 - 10 minutes from the property)

Cons: The room lacked some kitchen stuff like tabletop cooker which was listed in the pictures - it’s available upon request. The AC is rather loud and ‘blends in well’ with the rest NY noise.

Great value for money

Pros: Large rooms with double and sofa beds. Large TV in the room.

Cons: Everything was as per my expectations.

Great for families with kids

Pros: The hotel is very clean and the rooms are super big and comfortable.

Cons: The reception staff were not super welcoming. The breakfast was too crowded and no vegetables at all. Some tomatoes or cucumber would have been nice.
