Great hotel

Pros: Location was fairly close to Subway stations...easy to get into Manhattan. The view of Manhattan was awesome. Restaurant was reasonably priced and served good food. There were also other good food options in the surrounding area.

Modern, mid-price, good base hotel in Queens

Pros: Large room, with good bathroom. Short walk to the metro. Area did feel safe once got one's bearings. Pleasant area downstairs to read, wait or buy breakfast. Very modern hipster vibe.

Cons: Room a bit sparse. Did obtain a kettle when requested. Had to book in to have one's room serviced. Rarely saw any staff. View of Manhatten a bit disappointing when had paid extra for a room with a view and staying 5 nights.

Pros: The view was fantastic looking towards NY city & bed was comfortable. The location to where our son lives was just right & there are plenty of local places to eat.

Pros: Easy location to subway trains to get to Manhattan. Great restaurant. Reasonable size rooms View from balcony amazing

Cons: Rooms lacked a bit of lighting and basics like kettle etc. Felt very sparse and beds quite small

Brilliant!

Pros: We have loved our stay! Perfect location.. Perfect for getting into the city and visiting family who live close by. Room excellent size, especially for NYC. Food is gorgeous in the bar. We had dinner 1 night and breakfast a couple of times. Free coffee in the morning was fab. Staff have all been excellent. Thank you Boro Hotel, we will return.

Cons: My only request would be to have coffee making facilities in the room however it's not a complaint. We loved our stay!

Perfect place to stay

Pros: Staff was really nice and welcoming , rooms are clean and there is no noise it’s calm and comfortable . Localization was perfect just 10 minutes distance from the metro. Free coffee or tea during the morning time and nice happy hours

Love this area, would stay again!

Pros: The view/ balcony was great! Super clean and close to the subway. The coffee from the cafe downstairs was amazing, as an Australian it’s hard to find a coffee that taste like back home :) If you don’t get a room with a manhattan view the view up on the rooftop is great!! Good and cheap delis around, laundromat 2 min walk, cute little neighbourhood
