Perfect location with perfect hosts.

Pros: The Oakcliff is a beautiful building that is furnished impeccably. John and Pam are the perfect hosts and made me feel welcomed as a friend rather than a guest. They were always happy to help with suggestions for places to visit, eateries and even travel around the area. As I was visiting over Fathers Day, I was even privileged to meet their family and be invited to join them in the fabulous garden. In my opinion, the best place I have ever stayed and I will be returning!

Cons: There is literally nothing to dislike about the hotel!

Stunning colonial home on the banks of the Mohawk River.

Pros: A beautifully restored colonial property filled with antiques and beautiful paintings The hosts were very friendly, but not intrusive and, quite rightly, proud of their home. I believe there are just 3 or 4 letting rooms all sympathetically decorated in keeping with the age of the property. It was our first B&B and we enjoyed good conversation at breakfast with our fellow guests and Farm Aid 2024 goers. We were offered a lovely choice for breakfast, served at a beautifully set table. John's pancakes 🥞 were just perfect on Sunday morning. Gorgeous views of the Mohawk River from our bedroom window. Great location for visiting Saratoga Performing Arts Centre which was about 20 minutes drive away.

A Fantastic place to rest and to enjoy while visiting the area!

Pros: This is a hidden gem of The Capital District! Great location - a quick drive to everywhere we needed to go! The owners are incredible! They put so much love and care into this house and into the experiences of their guests! An antique lover’s dream with all modern conveniences! Super clean and quiet. The breakfast is magnificent!!! Everything homemade with tremendous love and care! And they serve use proper china & place settings!

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. We travel a lot and this is truly one of the best stays we’ve had. We hope to stay here again.

Pros: The house was so beautiful! The view was amazing and the inn keepers were very nice! Breakfast was great as well.

Cons: There was no TV in the room, but we used the wifi and brought a laptop for a nighttime movie. (So it really wasn't a big deal)
