Cons: 1 The wonderful glass-wall of the bathroom lights up the all bedroom if used during night time. 2 We had a room at the first floor just above the coffee bar... when the live music night was noisy!! 3 Unfortunately our room was just in front of the Metro railways and on the main car street with any kind of protection against noises...so for ALL NIGHT LONG VERY NOISY! Ask for an interior room or higher and higher floor!

Would highly recommend staying in Queens as an option for tourists.

Pros: Location was great. As a tourist from the UK it was far cheaper to stay in Queens than in Lower Manhattan and the Subway was close by which gave us access to anywhere we wanted to go. It felt very safe, even at night time. The staff were super friendly. The free coffee and tea in reception was a lovely touch. We found a fabulous American Diner for breakfast each day and ate in a wonderful Chinese restaurant just up the road from the Hotel at very reasonable prices.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
