Nice stay close to the subway

Pros: Everything was nice and clean. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day

Cons: There wasn't enough lightning in the room. Even when all the lights turned on the room seemed dark. I had to turn on my phone flash light to read anything or bring it very close to the lamp

Excellent pre Christmas visit

Pros: Stated for the third time at the Feather Factory in mid December. Location is great, just 10 mins from Queens Plaza & Court Square subways. Staff very friendly, hotel very clean and lovely and warm whilst cold outside. Excellent breakfast, was a lovely gesture to be given complimentary vouchers on arrival. Freshly cooked to order. Coffee & tee available free in reception 24hrs too. Excellent value. Definitely be back!

Perfect place for a stay in Long Island City

Pros: Complementary breakfast, tea & coffee making facilities in reception and staff. The shop in reception was a great idea but didn't get to use it.

Cons: There was a draught from our window which made the room feel cold. The heater was good but a little noisy so couldn't run over night. The safe did not work but wasn't an issue. None of these were a big problem, so didn't report them to reception and didn't affect our stay.

Excellent quality for a budget price.

Pros: Very clean room. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Excellent location for reaching major New York attractions. Very good breakfast. All staff polite and helpful.

Cons: Heater in room 207 was noisy. We got used to this, and it didn't spoil our stay.

Pros: It is quite value for money, staff is friendly and locationwise it is not too far out.

Cons: At night I would be a bit concerned to walk from the subway to the location. It is a business/industrial area and amost no people or even cars on the way. We used Uber/Lyft to get from subway to the hotel.

Great affordable place to stay close to the city

Pros: Clean spacious rooms, loved the coffee and tea available at reception and the convenience of having breakfast included with our booking and a little shop on site. Great amenities too! Staff was also great!

Cons: Mattresses could be better but for the price and type of hotel they were good enough. Maybe doors could be soundproofed as you can hear the other rooms doors closing.
