Happy surprise! Affordable and comfortable! Highly recommended

Pros: Everything was clean, well organized, the AC and the Heater functioned properly. The front desk and all the staff were helpful and really nice. Comforter and pillow were new and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and with a pretty good variety.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Cons: No many restsurants around, hard to find halal, and the breakfast was good but very repetitive. No halal food nither.

Fantastic for winter

Pros: It's fantastic in winter because it has radiators in the room! It's so great to have when its freezing yet so little hotels in the US have it. So we were comfortable, breakfast was good, price was good and location was just perfect: close to four metro lines (15 minutes to Times Square) and in quiet neighbourhood with some shops nearby.

Overall we enjoy our stay very much.

Pros: Location. Size of bed. Comfy pillows and bed. Clean. Value for money.

Cons: Visited 9 hotels in our 5 week trip and not a single one took details at breakfast. There was a sign that said hour long dining only and the staff kept staring at everyone rudely as if keeping tabs. Breakfast was extremely basic too so I don’t understand the point of being so annoying about the whole thing. We stayed for 2 nights and coz of this attitude only had breakfast one day.

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location and matched the description and photos perfectly. Our room faced the street, but it was quiet. A laundry room with a coin-operated machine (also quarter change machine) was available, which was very convenient. Breakfast was fine —everything was regularly replenished so nothing ran out. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic bonus, offering unforgettable views.
