We had a wonderful one-week stay — great location, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room with a well-equipped

Pros: We stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Long Island City for one week with my son, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is excellent, with very convenient access to Manhattan and other parts of New York. The breakfast was very good – we especially appreciated the variety. I would recommend coming early for breakfast, as it can get busy. It was also great that coffee and tea were available throughout the entire day. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, the reliable internet connection, and the well-equipped kitchenette in the room, which made our stay much more comfortable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job as well. Everything was excellent, and if we come back to New York again, we will definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

Pros: Close to the station, the hotel was nice. Reception staff very nice and helpful, Dinning room staff especially Luis he was amazing

Cons: Cleaning in my room was not done properly I understand it was being done every other day, but me coming after they had cleaned finding the bathroom sink and shower dirty was not impressive and dirty sheets not changed

Great stay with my family to visit NY

Pros: Hotel is well located to visit NY, about 5 minutes walk to the subway. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and all employees were friendly.

Pros: This is a clean and well-organized hotel with modern facilities. The lobby is very comfortable, with a cozy couch area. The lower lobby also has couches and tables with power outlets, making it a great spot for working or relaxing. There is always free hot coffee and both hot and cold water available in the lobby, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel also offers a fitness room and a laundry room for guests' convenience. The room was comfortable and spacious, featuring a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. I especially appreciated the layout and proportions of the kitchen space—it was very pleasant to use. You can also go up to the rooftop to enjoy the view. The hotel breakfast was excellent, very filling and satisfying!

Cons: While the hotel itself is modern and well-equipped, the surrounding neighborhood feels a bit unclean. It’s also a bit of a walk, around 5 to 10 minutes, from the nearest subway station to the more lively parts of the city. The bathroom was very nice, but it lacked enough towel racks, which made it difficult to hang and dry towels when many people live together.

Pros: The place was everything I needed for our first trip to New York. I felt at home. Its beautiful, close to the shops and subways

Great value in NYC

Pros: Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable beds, kitchenette. Very good breakfast. Great value for NYC, and close to Manhattan.

Cons: No keycards on arrival. Noise from street and some other guests. Location a bit sketchy but felt safe.

Pros: I liked the stuff it was friendly and helpful! check in and check out was smooth no problems.. quite fresh hotel can say.. windows and wall isolation is good and thats important.. big bed was very comfortable like sleeping on the big cloud. Good value for money and 2 stations with metro from center! There is few good to eat around hotel.

Cons: Breakfast could be little better. Location is little bit scary at the first ..but if you dont dress like a clown or dont look like prostitute everything will be fine!
