Capital Hotel Long Island City

Nice clean hotel friendly staff would say again

Pros: Stayed here from the 9th till the 14th of Jan for my birthday staff was friendly and left us to I would definitely stay again would definitely recommend

Cons: Nothing really it was good

Pros: It is at walkable distance from subway. The staff was very helpful.

Cons: Less lightening in the room when it gets dark outside. During day its natural light which is good.

Good stay,get what you pay for

Pros: Get what you pay for. Good sized room, good shower and decent sized bathroom. Decent view of the city from our room

Cons: Hotel doesn't have any coffee facilities. It's quite a walk to the nearest spot that sells decent strong coffee

Ok for the money

Pros: Well we stayed in Times Square and didn’t have a bathroom, so it was nice to have one, big room

Cons: Could not come back too late because of the area, if you have a view overlooking the street, hear people from the house next door talking at 3am

Pros: The price is worth what you are getting, Chris was so nice at the front desk! He def is the face of the property. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, only thing I’d I’m being picky is just bigger pillow lol

Cons: The location is a little rough, it seems to be getting better but not a lot to do near by as “The projects” are down the street, but honestly if you are looking for an affordable place that’s clean and good staff like Chris it’s worth it

Hotel in general was very clean. Staff were very friendly.

Pros: La grandeur de la chambre, le prix, le lit était confortable et le personnel très sympa !

Cons: Le matin il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche…

Pros: Clean and Comfortable and also room has refrigerator

Cons: Parking and front desk new lady. she wasn’t trained i guess. i am regular customer of this hotel. i request for king bed but she denied. and also she took long to give me room. at first she couldn’t find my reservation. then 10 minutes later she said i founded.. uff

Pros: Per il prezzo pagato, la struttura va oltre le aspettative. La stanza era pulita e con tutte le cose necessarie. Comodo il riscaldamento in camera per poter regolare alla perfezione la temperatura. Tenendo il riscaldamento acceso di notte, le coperte bastavano. Hanno anche cambiato gli asciugamani tra una notte e l'altra. L'hotel era a 10 minuti dalla metro, quindi si raggiunge il centro in 20 minuti.

Cons: La zona è decisamente pericolosa. Però per essere tre ragazze da sole, ci siamo trovate bene. C'era molta polizia in giro e siamo state in hotel solo per la notte.

Stay was unacceptable don't think I'll be back

Pros: Had no breakfast and location was horrible no parking whatsoever.

Cons: the room come with an iron board and an iron there was no iron in the room to iron my clothing room should be check before renting out.
