Friendly staff, good location and access to public transport

Pros: I think it’s in a good area, 10 minutes walk to the train and bus stops not too far. The staff were attentive and very friendly.

Pros: The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options – there was plenty to choose from for everyone. We also appreciated the large and helpful staff who were professional and supportive throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything. Overall, we felt comfortable and the stay met our expectations.

Cons: The location occasionally felt a bit questionable, especially in the evening, but nothing actually happened and we didn’t experience any real issues. Breakfast could get quite crowded, and sometimes it was difficult to find a table, so we had to wait briefly until one became available.

Pros: Great room, very large and cozy. The breakfast is crowd but there are a lot of good options. A medium walk from the subway, not very close but is ok.

Pros: Breakfast, the room view, about the location was closeby from subway station and from donwtown.

Cons: We made the reservation and we mentioned that we are honeymooners and we hoped that they would give us an upgrade and the first night we slept in an accesible room and we requested to change room. The overall experience was very good, but as a guest and hospitality employee i have to mention that noone from the staff didn't smile or make the extra mile to the guests. They show me that they don't like their jobs and unfortunately they show it to the guests.

Overall good stay with unforgettable long queues 😉

Pros: Location was great, 5-7 min to metro station. Staff also overall friendly.

Cons: I don’t know how situation looks other quiet period of the year, but as we stayed in this hotel during Christmas time, it was always a long, long queue in the kitchen for breakfast. Salads and fruits finished very quickly that we didn’t eat any fruit during 4 days. For coffee and other hot drinks also finished often. The same queue was to the elevator 😃. I hope the hotel management will consider this comment and enlarge the kitchen area next time 😉. Thanks 🙌!
