Pros: Immaculate room, big tv, clean modern toilet, great hot & cold breakfast.

Cons: The free shuttle is only to a train station, not the airport.

Great and will book again if needed

Pros: Clean, spacious room, absolutely outstanding customer service, walking distance to the subway, industrial area but really safe. Close to Manhattan.

Cons: I would suggest adding some vegetables to the menu (breakfast).

Pros: The hotel was clean and provided though limited but hot and cold breakfast options which for me is essential to get going. Good public transport options to get around. 12 o'clock check out. Internet connection was reliable. Staff was helpful.

Cons: Location. It is about 5 stops from Manhattan by metro and a bit of a walk. For us it took about 9 minutes. However there's a bus stop right next to the hotel if you don't want to walk, so the location is not really a problem considering the lower cost of staying at the hotel. Breakfast is repeating, pretty much every day the same, but us not being fussy, we survived 10 days!

Lovely Hotel but will need to commute to get to the main New York sights

Pros: Room was great and really modern and clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and great after a day out. Views from our room were amazing. (812) Bathroom was exceptional. The shower was fantastic and added bonus of Dove toiletries! Hairdryer actually worked well. Especially liked the fridge and microwave in the room. Came in very handy when we came away with doggy bags from eating out. Breakfast was okay if you like bread pastries and sausages but was plentiful. WIFI worked well. Couldn't fault anything really. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: More light in the room. It was too dim. Nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere? 15 minute walk to the subway which was okay in the morning but hard going after a 12 hour day sight seeing. Purchased 7 day travel pass to keep the cost down.

A nice hotel to stay in NYC.

Pros: We liked staying at this hotel. The only downside it had was that the floor was a little sticky but nothing crazy. The room is big enough. I celebrated my birthday and they updated our room to a room with a view, which was sweet of them, but I cannot say paying for the view would be worth it. The area is industrial, nothing to do but we would only come to the room to sleep. The closest metro is a 12-15 min walk away from the hotel. The area might not seem safe at first but it is, indeed! We also had breakfast almost every day, and it was ok.

Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, everything was good, petrol station with beer or some snack is near. You can buy small snack in lobby.

Cons: Locality, must go 1-2km from undeground by walk - its coresponding with lower Price - all good.

Great hotel only 30 minutes taxi ride from Downtown Manhattan.

Pros: Location was good. About 30 minutes into Downtown Manhattan by taxi. We aren't fans of public transport so knew prior to staying that taxi would be our form of transport so that was fine. Reception staff were happy to call us a cab every day. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. Toiletries were supplied so no need to bring your own. Beds were really comfy, had very good cable television, a fridge and microwave for convenience and a coffee maker. There was free breakfast available also but we did not avail of it.

Cons: The price we were quoted on Booking.com did not match the price paid on arrival. We had to pay $400 more than the quoted price. This was refunded by booking.com after the stay but something to be aware of. Hotel is completely cashless which was inconvenient for us as we operate mainly in cash. The shower in the room was broken. We were offered to move room but we didn't avail of this as we had already unpacked and we made do with using the bath.

We will stay here again for sure! Thank you

Pros: Hotel is walking distance to subway/ bus routes but away from the craziness of downtown. We parked our car safely on the street but there is secure parking available.

Cons: Breakfast set up is too small for the number of guests on the weekend.

Pros: Great hotel with very nice and professional, helpfull employees. Very comfortable room with big bathroom (with all bath cosmetics). It is do important to have lagguage room when you have plane very late evenning. View is fantastic.
