Relaxing, convenient and comfortable

Pros: I love staying in this hotel. It's close to the bus station, very convenient and overall comfortable. The front desk staff is always available and very accommodating. The rooms are always clean, warm, and pretty quiet. I appreciate this little hotel and the great job the staff is doing. Thanks a lot!

Pros: It was convenient and around everything I needed too go too

Cons: The first 2 rooms I had was still dirty so they moved me too another room which was exceptionally nice

Life at Super 8;

Pros: Your front desk staff is awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. Very good housekeeping and clean linens.

Cons: The room we first checked into had mold. Very noticable. However after a few days we were moved to another room without carpeting and it was fine.

I wish they was very nice except for the fire alarm going off

Pros: Everything was perfect until someone pulled the fire alarm this is the second time that I stayed in this hotel and the fire alarm went off

Great value and excellent location just off of the Thruway.

Pros: Great location, easy parking, clean, very comfortable bed.

Cons: Entire facility is a little tired and there is no elevator. But, it is extremely clean.

Surprising (positively). Good

Pros: Very surprise by our room.. We had reserved a King suite with a sofa bed. It exceeded our expectations. The room was super large (two rooms) and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was great.

Cons: Again, it seems to be the new norm everywhere, it smells weed. Breakfast would definitely survive improvement
