Great hotel, great breakfast, great facilities, thumbs up :)

Pros: Really loved this hotel, the breakfast was great, they had a wine/beer dispenser which was a great idea (although it didnt work for me, so the lovely lady behind the desk just gave me a bottle of wine). Just super clean, great facilities. Would stay again

Polar Express Night Away

Pros: The staff was very nice. The room was spacious and the perfect size for two adults and one toddler.

Quiet night in kingston

Pros: Check in was very nice. The young lady who check me in was friendly and smiled the entire time. Very clear and professional. Check in was a breeze. Property was clean room was comfortable and well maintained.

Cons: Pool was down. I know the pool would be down. It says for renovation but with all the local hotels housing and renting to locals I question whether it’s the real reason or hotels are just not willing to have extra amenities destroyed. The night desk receptionist called shortly after 10pm due to a noise complaint. The Super Bowl was on and just getting over. Patriots lost. It was a good night. We were cleaning the room up to make it easier for the hotel staff to not have a mess in the morning.

I'll be back

Pros: Breakfast was OK. The room was excellent very clean well maintained and very roomy didn't feel like I was back in the Navy onboard a ship sleeping three high on a piece of canvas. All in all, excellent place to stay.

Pros: Hôtel aux prestations clairement haut de gamme, avec des services et des équipements conformes à ce niveau : chambres confortables, literie de grande qualité et espaces communs soignés. L’ensemble offre un séjour très agréable.

Cons: Une hôtesse s’est montrée sèche avec nous, pourtant respectueux et faisant de notre mieux pour communiquer avec nos bases d’anglais. Cette attitude est d’autant plus regrettable dans un établissement de cette catégorie.
