Pros: Comfy hotel. Courtyard has pool, gym, & arcade!

Cons: My door card had to be reset multiple times but it was quick and easy with the front desk! And the shampoo/conditioner/body wash was empty but again that was a quick easy fix with the front desk and house keeping!

Was just what we needed.

Pros: Front desk staff very accommodating. Filtered water available at lobby was nice. Exercise room very nice.

Cons: Did not want to pay for breakfast.

Not a unique or memorable experience, but you get a lot for your money.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, generously sized rooms. Nice, spacious lobby area. Well-designed. Satisfying breakfast. Convenient location, within walking distance of the best part of town. Good deal for the money.

Cons: Receptionists were not particularly friendly or informative. Breakfast was listed as free on our reservation, but they said it cost extra when we got there. 24-hour computer room didn't work - couldn't access the internet. Highway location near railroad tracks was a slight minus.

I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY BEST WESTERN AGAIN UNLESS I GET ASSURANCE MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.

Pros: The place was attractive and clean throughout. Everything was fine except for a drainage problem in the shower. However, the staff was very accommodating and gave me a second room to use just for showering. The breakfast was great but see my follow up below!

Excellent location.great selection

Pros: Back off road so quiet. Roomy & clean . Showers good. Gave us room next to reach other. Manager worked hard hard to find our reservation free breakfast.

Cons: Motel entrance dark and gloomy. Decoration behind reception ugly. But rooms were bright. Motel has overall dark and dated feel.
