Nice staff.

Pros: The staff were nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Area was pretty.

Cons: As a solo traveler with no car I found it too far from amenities. Had to catch numerous Ubers which is costly. Property is a bit basic. Tea and food heating making facilities would be great.

Pros: Everything was good. The only thing was that the room was not cleaned the next day.

Great place to stay when visiting UMass

Pros: We went for UMass parents weekend and it was just under a 20 minute ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even had free fresh cookies available when we checked in at the front desk. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: Nothing. It met our expectations!

Pros: The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and they gave us a snack bag and water when we checked in. The price was reasonable.

Cons: The room wasn't as nice as I we expected and there was no breakfast in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again we will go back.

Pros: So clean and comfortable and the staff was really nice. The grounds were also very well kept and pretty. The price was reasonable too.

Cons: The door was really hard to open. And the ice machine was broken. Also there was a rusty really old looking thing above the bed on the ceiling. Everything else was so clean and updated so that really stood out especially since it was in such an obvious place.
