Neat and clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Pros: Spacious apartment rooms, very clean and well-stocked, friendly staff.

Cons: Located in the middle of nowhere, breakfast was…underwhelming. So best bring your own food and prepare it in the apartment kitchen. Also they allow pets.

Excellent stay

Pros: The fold out sofabed and two double beds was great for our family of five. The gym was great to have and so was the pool. The pool was surprisingly warm. It was wonderful for a morning swim. The included hot breakfast was also very much appreciated.

Great hotel

Pros: The room had a kitchenette which was nice. Breakfast was good.

All of the comforts of home.

Pros: good food and accommodating staff. When coffee was empty it was readily refilled. also one staff member saw that I was trying to balance 3 cups to bring back to the room and assertively got me a cup tray to make it easier for me. Expansive size of the room, comfortable beds, and kitchen accommodations with full size appliances, including a cook top, dishwasher, full refrigerator and real utensils and plates, glasses and cups.

Cons: Can't say there was a dislike.

Pros: I love staying here, stayed here several times. Rooms are clean. Staff are great and location is amazing.

Pros: I have stayed here several times. The property is always clean, the staff are great and it’s nearby to stores and restaurants.

Cons: The only thing and it’s very trivial. I wish they had more washers and dryers.

Pros: Breakfast was great, kid friendly. Pool was on the smaller side, but my kids had it to themselves both times we went and they loved it (would have loved a hot tub for the parents). Extremely clean, quiet and very comfortable. Kitchen in the room was a bonus. Very happy with our stay.

Cons: Staff at front desk was not welcoming at all, but she wasn’t rude or unfriendly.

Large, comfy room close to several colleges in the region.

Pros: Very large room with a small kitchen and work area. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of food. Close to UMass Amherst, Amherst College and Northampton downtown area.

Great location with clean and comfortable beds to rest and parking lot.

Pros: The location is great with parking and shops close by. The personal very friendly, the Kitchenette was very useful and our beds were very comfortable. All linens & towels were spotless, clean and fresh. Breakfast a plus.

Cons: Sofa bed seating cushions were worn out not firm, I could feel the sofa frame while seating; 1st night shower gel bottle was empty and batteries were replaced in one thermostat and one TV remote control.
