It was a pleasant stay and met all my needs.

Pros: Location was good for my purposes. Breakfast was generous and good selection. Tasty. Loved the pool; good temperature and clean.

Pre-Covid Service with a Smile

Pros: Upon arrival, I was greeted by a woman who seemed genuinely glad to see me. I felt welcomed at breakfast and the staff even extended ideas of local things to see and do. The food was varied and did the trick. Check out was easy and I left feeling like I'd not only visit again but I'd recommend this hotel.

Cons: When the room above ours got occupied we could both hear their talking and they movement around the room. Thankfully they turned in early. It makes me wonder if they had been \

Pros: Comfortable Hotel, well located, ample parking and decent breakfast.

Wonderful staff, very clean, and well attended.

Pros: My room was spotless, I was very impressed. Housekeeping and front desk were friendly. The breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly. Great breakfast spread. Coffee was delicious and always hot and ready.

Cons: There was a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning. It sounded like someone was dropping heavy weights on the floor above my head over and over again. The hotel didn’t seem especially busy so maybe spread guests out more?

Pros: We texted the front desk to ask for a cot in our room very last minute. We were visiting our daughter in college and she wanted to stay with us. It was answered promptly and was in the room when we got there an hour later.

Well maintained, clean, friendly, accommodating

Pros: The breakfast was a standard continental. The assistant manager was very friendly and housekeeping staff put up a sign and birthday decorations for my daughter who was turning 8 during our stay. The pool was very well maintained and my kids loved it. The assistant manager gave us an early check in which made our arrival much smoother for my kids. We had a really great stay and will be coming again!

Pros: Comfy bed. Simple, satisfying breakfast. Very convenient to downtown Northampton.

Pros: The front desk attendant was wonderful! I was looking for a diet coke in the morning and she was happy to accommodate me.

Cons: There was clearly some flood damage to our room.

Pros: Staff super accommodating and welcoming, great hot breakfast

Cons: Bed is a smidge too hard for me, but thats a personal preference
