Comfort at a decent price

Pros: Just a good place to stay even in the recent weather. Comfortable room. Good location. Really helpful, and efficient staff

Pros: Made to feel welcome from the off by team on reception. Sorted out some cleaning following mishap on trip : coffee spilt by stewardess over fleece. Helpful pointers about local amenities.

Pros: Great welcome. Never been to this part of NE before. Lad on Reception welcoming , helpful & gave excellent advice on places to visit , est et Also have to mention bloke on breakfast duty. Could not be more helpful

Great hotel close to Northampton

Pros: Service at check-in; breakfast; room size and the fact that there were two queen beds; good size bathroom; TV with streaming options; proximity to Northampton; good thermostat for AC and heating; plenty of parking; fridge, microwave, ironing board and hair dryer in room

Cons: Just minor nitpicks - could have had a telephone shower as well; could add some international sockets to the sockets in the room

Cons: Check-in took inordinately long. We were literally at the counter 20 minutes trying to check in, while she fought with her computer, forgot things, had to redo things or ask other colleagues for help. Room make-up policy was unclear. Was it on request only, or automatically done? Despite asking the woman 3 times, it still wasn't clear because her answer was always vague. \

Pros: My son and his wife live in Northampton. I stayed at your hotel when I couldn't stay at their house, the first night of my trip. I'm lactose intolerant, so breakfast was difficult for me.
