Pros: Close to Manhattan Spacious New Well equipped Free Parking easy Excellent bedding

Cons: Noisy during the day with the construction work from the buildings behind The shelter is next to people who are on drugs or psychic problems Loft door directly on the street with people speaking very loudly in front
