Pros: A Very Comfortable NYC Apartment. This cozy New York apartment offers a pleasant stay with a friendly landlord. Its prime location is just steps away from the subway, and right outside the station is a large supermarket where you can buy fresh ingredients for daily cooking. The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) and features a reasonable layout—clean, well-maintained, and quiet inside. Situated in a relatively safe area of Queens plaza, it’s just a short trip to Manhattan Midtown—only one river crossing away, taking just over 15 minutes by subway.

Unforgettable moments and breathtaking views, comfort and safety made our stay perfect.

Pros: My boyfriend and I stayed there for 12 days and it was so cozy so welcoming, so accessible and has so many amenities close by too, such as the subways, stores, etc. It’s such a quiet and safe area. Whenever I visit NY, I won’t want to stay anywhere else! Thank you thank you and thank you!!! Our vacation was so amazing.

Pros: Fui con mi pareja 8 noches...es un apartamento muy funcional..sin ruidos...cama comoda y todo lo necesario para vivir unas semanas...muy cerca del metro que te lleva a Manhattan en 15 minutos o a veces menos ..buena comunicación con los encargados..nos dejaron guardar las maletas porque nuestro avión salió por la noche...gracias volveremos

Cons: Un pequeño inconveniente es que no tenga ascensor y es un tercero ...pero despues de subir tantas escaleras en el metro es lo que menos
