Pros: Amazing view from 39th floor, metro stop next to the building, great bakery very close, clean, it is Chinese \

Cons: TV didn't work, low pressure of water in the shower and fixed shower head... uncomfortable for ladies during days..., missing more racks in the bathroom and shelves in the wardrobe. You can hear the trains but I didn't mind too much

Pros: Amazing host, super reliable and real time communication! This only compliments the exceptional & unique apart with unbelievable breathtaking views! Super safe and well aquatinted home away from home…plenty of towels, extra blankets & a fully equipped kitchen! Dishwasher, washer & dryer…ironing stuff- to accommodate your fancy outings! Subway just steps away from the building will take you straight into Manhattan in 10-15min, amazing new italian restaurant at the bottom of the building and sooo many amazing choices accross the street! Groceries & wine stores - Walgreens! La Guardia Airport sooo close, looking at Jet Blue headquarters! Such a gem and a great find, new and artsy place with 2 bathrooms - almost impossible to find in NYC , and yess AC works! The host is super responsive but not intrusive! For events @ Flushing Meadows like graduations or upcoming US Open …would be amazing place & location and a short ride from Manhattan!

Cons: Views, Proximity to everything, reliable host, new and super clean, 2 bathrooms & easily sleeping 6ppl
