When I am in town, THIS is my hotel.

Pros: from the moment we were greeted at the curb side, it was an awesome experience dealing with the staff. Our rooms were large, neat, clean and with great light/vista with large windows.

Cons: I have nothing to add here - there was nothing we didnt like.

Pros: Wonderful location. Great rooms. Right in Yale. Wonderful breakfast. Schedule of events on the room.

Cons: Interactions with reception staff was a bit puzzling.

Fab hotel, great service - very nice feeling to it!

Pros: Everything. The location in the Yale Campus The smooth valet and check-in. Great size room The lobby, restaurant and bar area. We have very fond memories of this hotel in New Haven. We took a free Yale tour run by students that starts 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Pros: We love the location which is close to Yale and the Art Museum which is a must see in New Haven. And the STUDYing atmosphere is impressive and it’s very artist too in the lobby. The staff are all friendly in particular Erin who help us find a lost stuff after we leave and she is just amazing and helpful. Thanks again Erin.
