great location and very clean spacious rooms

Pros: Very near the city center/university and it is very clean and spacious rooms

Pros: Good Room - big and nicely decorated. Amazing location - close to Yale and to downtown (walking distance). very nice breakfast (not included, but you can pay for it). good staff. Parking near the hotel - if you are patient -you will find a good parking, in walking distance from the hotel, with reasonable prices (by meter) -

Cons: room was always cold - isolation issue? we need to have the AC always on.

Pros: Clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast and plenty of room to relax downstairs in lobby

Cons: Our room wasn’t serviced on the first day. Hotel is not walking distance to the university. Need to uber so can be expensive.

Pros: The room was very clean and overall a good stay. The bed was a bit too soft, which wasn’t very comfortable for elderly guests. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

Pros: They have a multi storey car park on the premises, $26/night. The room.was comfortable and had a sofa & a safety box.

Cons: This is a new hotel which is well designed and tastefully decorated. The only thing we could fault was a door handle missing in the bathroom. I did get too many emails about our stay. We used Uber to get into town which isn't far away. For some reason they folded the pillows into squares - ? Couldn't work out why

Pros: There's a lobby bar - bonus! But wait - there was breakfast?

Cons: If there was breakfast I would have liked to have known, also, it would have been nice to have parking included in the price of the room.

Hotel with comfortable, modern and reasonably priced rooms near the university campus.

Pros: The room was very spacious and well equipped. I didn't have time to use the fitness room but it looked fantastic. The staff were friendly at all times. I liked the chaise long by the window. Good value for money

Cons: The carpet in the corridors of the hotel. I would eliminate these elements in all hotels, they are unhygienic and uncomfortable. The path from the train station is not the most pleasant to walk.

Pros: Front desk were really helpful, room was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was good and so was location.

Excellent hotel - I would happily stay here again!

Pros: The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great and the dessert I had in the hotel restaurant was sensational. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, clean, comfortable, I little difficulty with controlling the thermostat.

Pros: I didn't think breakfast was included so did not partake.

Cons: The cleaning was not done on our first day. When staff was advised this was rectified.
