Pros: The self catering suites are exceptional as were the staff. Beds and pillows we’re comfortable

Cons: I needed to use bed pillows on the sofa. Extra cushions would be helpful.

EASY AND PAIN FREE!!!!

Pros: THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! ROOM WAS SO CLEAN AND SPACIOUS!! THE KITCHENETTE WAS PERFECT!!! THEY HELPED ME BE ABLE TO KEEP THE SAME ROOM WHEN I NEEDED TO ADD A DAY TO MY TRIP!!!

Pros: My room had a tall ceiling, there was a very nice pool and hot tub, check in and check out were so easy too!

Cons: Minor, but there were no pool towels. Also, our bathroom sink in our room was clogged. Aside from this, It was a great stay! I'd go back :)

Pros: Very Clean and the 2 woman at the nighttime and noontime were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The phone wouldn't call connected to the front desk and remote batteries were dying. Overall the hotel was wonderful.

Pros: The the place was very clean.I liked that it had a mini stove, a dishwasher, a fridge.The t v was a decent size, and I love the breakfast and the different variations that they had.

Cons: The washes and dry is there were expensive other than not everything else was good

Pros: The staff was polite, prompt to assist, and made sure we were comfortable from the beginning. The breakfast was one of the most diverse displays I have seen at a hotel. Everything was well managed, organized and tasted amazing. Kudos to the staff who prepares the breakfast daily.

Cons: The elevator was a bit quirky. You had to push door open on your floor or you would ride to other floors continously. Wasn't a problem once we knew, but a bit stressful. The indoor pool closing at 8pm on a Saturday was a bit strange.

A comfortable stay

Pros: The breakfast was good I found everything good. Only things that I questioned were I was one adult and two children with a pull out sofa in. There were no sheets and blankets for the pull out. I had to go get them myself. And the body lotion container was empty. Otherwise I had a great day with my granddaughters.
