A good and enjoyable stay. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Everything appeared clean and well maintained.

Cons: Some of the food items, while good tasting, were expensive for what was received.

Was a great time. What’s the brand of mattress that was in our room I need to buy one for my house.

Pros: Great hotel run properly and clean and comfortable the way all hotels should be run.

Cons: Every Courtyard we go to in any state always says be have a Starbucks in hotel but everyone is always closed upon checking in and out. They say hours are 630-930 but checkout is 11am and when people are leaving or having breakfast it's closed. Should be till at least 11am so it's available when your leaving in the .morning or in the evening when you come in as hours make no sense to all travelers.

Pros: Very clean and staff was very pleasant. The pool and hot tub was great

Pros: There was not one negative staff member. We checked in later, and that wasn't a problem. Everyone was polit and seemed happy to help and be there Jeremy was extremely helpful and geared for perfection when making breakfast. He didn't miss a beat, miss a thing we ordered. Everything was made the way we asked and well prepared. He was so anxious to be sure everything was perfect, ever when we told him not to stress it. He was working alone, someone was late or didn't come in, and he did not let that affect his job or service he provided.

Cons: If I had to give one negative, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Pros: Check-in was easy, they have refreshing water and complimentary cookies, I loved the room with a jacuzzi, in the bathroom they have everything and in large containers with a lavender scent, I didn't have to use my own that I brought and the pool is super clean, they check it all the time to see if the water is clean and it's close to everything. I'll be back 😊

Pros: We thought it was going to be a complimentary but it wasn't so we went out for breakfast.

Cons: Check- in staff spoke so softly as an elderly perso i couldn't understand him. He repeated his question 4 times , didn't change the volume. That's was very frustrating and embarrassing. Finally my daughter stepped up and asked him what he needed from me. I'm not deaf but as an elderly person don't hear as well.
