Other than above noted issues every morning, we enjoyed a great stay

Pros: Property is an ideal location for us, close to family in area and good selection of restaurants close by

Cons: Morning breakfast lady was quite grumpy- we were there a few days and she was grumpy To the point we literally had to go to front desk and request more pancakes- she then scolded me for going to front desk !!! She was the same with all the guests Breakfast was til 9:30 we would come down at 9am - manager said that would be fine; and yet she refused to put out / cook more bacon on first day Not the best person for this morning position that interacts so closely with the customers.

Pros: We left before breakfast was served. Was A quick overnight on a road trip.

Exceded expectations

Pros: Location was excellent, easy on / off the interstate, next to a wonderful restaurant and strip mall.

Cons: No cons.....building was dated but totally in great condition and very clean.

Highly recommend

Pros: I have stayed here a few times and always very nice. Near UConn campus at Storrs. Clean and comfortable.

Hotel is clean and food was lovely

Pros: The kitchen staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The pool is also clean even though felt slightly colder than should be. Breakfast was delicious and being able to pack and go to the room comes in handy with kids who struggle to wake early. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Cons: Throughout my stay at the hotel, all staff were brilliant except one front desk staff who never smiled. Each time I stood waiting to ask a question, she'd look away, pretend not to see me and when she did look up, she wouldn't say anything or even respond when I said hi. Just started at me in disgust like I was a bother. Her face literally screamed, \

Pros: The front staff were helpful. The kitchen staff were amazing, sweet, nice and friendly.The cleaners and other workers were very lovely. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for my 2 kids and I. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was clean, though a bit nippy. The swimming pool area was nice and warm with a clean shower room for each gender. Towels were available at the pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had all essentials. The hotel's location near shops was good. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The ability to grab your breakfast and go was very convenient as the breakfast time was too early for my kids and so I took their breakfast up to our room for them to eat when they woke. The laundry facility was useful. The lighting in the room was good. The shower power was good. The bathroom was spacious and had all essentials.

Cons: The carpet looked worn.

Pros: Accessable from major routes, friendly and efficient staff, A+ staff. Room was clean and well equiped.

That’s a very good place.

Pros: The property is in a good place. Though there was much snow yet has a decent environment.

Cons: Those directly on top of us were stomping their feet on the floor and made noise which distract our sleep.

Pros: Location was perfect, close to everything! The room was very clean, comfy bed, and great size bathroom. The coffee in the lobby was delicious and always available.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Everything was clean , staff was so nice and friendly, this is my second time staying in the property I love it,my kids love it and we recommend it very much
