Pros: Location and excellent restaurant on main lobby floor

Cons: The air con operate at 72F and if you adjust 73F there is none! In auto mode. Shower water flow is on the low side though the pressure is good

Pros: Spacious modern rooms, very clean, stylish bar area

Cons: AC was a bit loud

Modern sleek comfortable and clean. Maybe a little overpriced without breakfast included.

Cons: The bottled water in the room should be complimentary. The bar closed quite early on Saturday night.

New and comfortable

Pros: New, modern, comfortable. Wonderful lobby, very nice staff.

Pros: Attractive, well-appointed room with clean sheets and towels. Plenty of shampoo, a Nescafé coffee maker, a big TV, and ample space to relax.

Cons: Had to drink the tap water as there was no water bottles. A little on the expensive side for the off season.

Pros: The very friendly staff, the large yet cozy lobby, the onsite restaurant and the size of the well appointed room. The Restaurant's cocktails and food were very good.

Cons: An additional charge was added to my bill after check in without being presented, but this was resolved over the phone a few days later and was handled politely and professionally.

Pros: The property is beautiful and well-located adjacent to the Yale University campus. It is near the hospital, too. The staff was exceptionally helpful. I dropped a glove in the lobby and the server who had waited on me at dinner brought it to my room. I loved the kitchen in my room, as well, with good dishes and glassware, espresso machine. The gym was extremely well-equipped.

Cons: I wish they would serve breakfast. Utensils and silverware were not evident in the in-room kitchen. Perhaps I missed them.
