Great stay,excellent service

Pros: The room was very spacious and neat.The served a variety of meals during breakfast. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Pros: We stayed at the hotel and the experience was simply excellent! The room was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need for maximum comfort. The hotel staff welcomed us warmly and with personal attention, always with a smile and a willingness to help with any request. The hotel facilities are well maintained, the atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and the overall feeling is of genuine concern for the guests. The breakfast was rich, varied and extremely tasty. In summary – a great experience, definitely a place we would be happy to return to and highly recommend.

Pros: room was large and cosy. Bathroom was clean, the fitness area was large and well endowed

Cons: the air cond in the room was noisy and strong without the chance to reduce the fan power (but is the same almost everywhere)

Very comfortable stay.

Pros: Large well designed rooms with everything you needed. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Cons: Breakfast was a rabble and had limited choice with few healthy options. We didn’t bother after the first day. Fortunately the in room kitchen facilities were excellent so we just self catered. Location was a distance from city centre.

Loved how friendly the staff all were.

Pros: Staff was so nice. Very clean and comfortable room.

Cons: We didn't like paying $125 US dollars for a pet fee when we had been told it would be $75 maximum. Our dog is a mental health pet and there should not be a fee. He is well trained, quiet and never damages anything ever.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Reception staff on arrival were fantastic. Amazingly friendly and felt like they could not do enough. Gym was good, location good but staff were outstanding. The whole family enjoyed breakfast.

Cons: Nothing.
