Pros: Basically everything was great except the bartender.

Cons: Bartender decided to discuss our nationalities and why we were a couple with other clients (looked like her friends) in front of us, as they all assumed we don't understand much. As we showed no passports most I can imagine she got the info from the reception, who actually had seen our papers.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with a lovely view of the river that added to the charm of our visit. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with tasteful decor throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, making it a relaxing retreat. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a great variety of delicious options. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Cons: While our overall stay was wonderful, one area for improvement could be the warmth of the front desk staff. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed upon our arrival, which could make a big difference in setting a positive tone for guests’ experiences.

Great hotel

Pros: Clearly a very nice hotel. Beautiful spring water in the hotel. So tasty and nice firm bottles. And great facilities at a reasonable price

Modern, nice surroundings, well equipped.

Pros: Well equipped, by the river, nice surrounding, beautiful sunrise, friendly staff, spacious room.

Cons: Not the hotel’s fault … unfortunately, the fire alarm went off slightly past midnite and everyone had to evacuate. Thankfully the fire brigade arrived quickly to investigate.

Beautiful rooms and surroundings.

Pros: Beautiful big rooms with huge glass walls, great interior design and material choices, wonderful staff and just gorgeous surroundings.

Cons: Missed a good restaurant as the one on the roof wore not open and the one next door wore not up to the same standard as the hotel.

It was such a peaceful place to stay that I came back on the back end of my road trip to NYC

Enjoyalble in every way

Pros: Beautiful grounds and a perfect location for exploring the Catskills. Walking distance to nice restaurants and a beautiful waterfront. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Pros: The room was simple and well decorated, with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel in front of the river makes it perfect for a beautiful morning walk.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Stunning, really. Great staff. Super clean and comfy - all except for the hot water problem the first night.

Cons: We had no hot water the first night - a quirk of their boiler system.They fixed the prob the next night and were very apologetic. I asked and received a discount for the inconvenience but was surprised it wasn’t more than just 10%.

Nice option for a family stay in Up state NY

Pros: The breakfast is quite basic, but enough. The place is in a very nice location, and the staff was super nice and helpful.
