Perfect location and price.

Pros: The host sent me the entry information via email through booking.com and was quick to respond. Check out was easy and it was in a convenient location. Price is fair for the property. Thank you for sharing your property and I would return in the future.

Cons: Property needs a lot of updates. It had only 1 fork in the cupboard, nothing to cook in besides a small pot, sink in kitchen was broke and had something under cupboard holding it up. Walls are scuffed and banged up. It reminded me of a college kids' apartment. But it was worth the money and convenient location.

Pros: Nice neighborhood, convenient to everything, quiet and private space. Comfortable living room in a small house. Host is very responsive.

Cons: Bed in main bedroom was not comfortable, house needs a deep cleaning.
