Safe, comfortable stay.

Pros: Location was close to my family. room was clean and comfortable, had all I needed and was not noisy. I felt safe.

Cons: Wish breakfast was included in the rate.

Great stay otherwise the assistant general manager was very nice and friendly also accommodating

Pros: Enjoyed the breakfast it was convenient, the breakfast restaurant staff were friendly always had a smile. Great atmosphere.

Price was the cheapest in the area specially since it was New Year’s Eve so I can’t complain

Pros: Location was great quite and clean place definitely will be returning

A Pleasant Stay.

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel and cleanliness of the room, which has ample lighting. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Very nice workout room on 1st floor. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Cons: Like most hotels, I didn't like the all white towels and wash cloths. Also, the room did seem a little small. The elevators sounded kind of creaky with just two people on it.

It was Okay

Pros: Housekeeping was great, Breakfast was pretty good, Hotel was relaxing.

Cons: The woman who checked me in had a very bad attitude and was not welcoming at all. For this reason, I would not recommend any of my business partners, their family, or my friends and family to this hotel.

I would stay there again if in Connecticut

Pros: Location was great and off I-84. Very clean and comfortable. Accommodating staff. The only thing I missed was laundry facilities. Coffee and light breakfast available on site.

Cons: No laundry facility. Towel service every other day unless you made a special request
