Enjoyed the stay !

Pros: Staff were efficient and friendly,food quality for the price was excellent, large room size appreciated.

Cons: The hotel although very clean, needs a refresh on furnishings,carpets, etc. That being said it should be noted that towels and bed linens were premium quality.

Nice hotel!

Pros: Love bed and pillow, slept very comfotable at night!

Cons: The guest in the other room kicked the wall strongly in the early morning around 5 a.m, and woke us up

Great hotel, great breakfast.

Pros: Location was great, front desk staff was good, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was sooo good and breakfast staff was even better.

Cons: Bar staff could use some improvement, not very nice and huff and puff whenever we ordered anything, very loudly and noticeable to all guest there. The pictures of the pool on the site are very deceiving. we were disappointed with the pool especially because that's the reason we choose this site.

We stayed one night and it was very comfortable and very clean. The staff was exceptional and attentive.

Pros: The Sheraton Hartford South was a great stay. The facility was clean and the room was extremely comfortable. We stayed in a double room which was perfect for a family of 3. Breakfast in the hotel was rather pricy.
