Nice, new hotel. Convenient for visits to Middletown and Wesleyan

Pros: Comfortable rooms, early checkout extended. Ok breakfast. Nice staff

Cons: everything was ok

Pros: Staff was great. Room was so spacious which was perfect for a family of 6.

Cons: Floor of the shower could have used a better scrub. We had to call down for bedding for the trundle bed and sofa even though there was a large empty closet that would have done for storing them.

Hotel was clean it exceeded my expectations except the constant tapping sound in the bathroom vent

Pros: Didn't have breakfast just wanted coffee but the pot was empty creamers were empty Tried decaf it was cold

Cons: Overslept and missed my check out time

It's our new hotel when we visit central Connecticut

Pros: breakfast was much better than other hotels in that class. the staff was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating The room was very nice. large and well appointed

Cons: There was a $3.00 parking charge - not a surprise, it was clearly noted - for a hotel not in a city but in the outskirts of a suburb only accessible by car. Not enough to be meaningful but enough to be insulting. If it was rolled into the advertised price I wouldn't have cared but as a surcharge it just feels underhanded, like a $3.00 toilet paper fee.

Pros: Het is erg nieuw en mooi en modern ingericht. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel.

Cons: Het ontbijt is erg klein en beperkt. Met hotels wat ik in Europa of Azië gewend ben. Dit was overigens bij alle drie de hotels zo waar wij verbleven. Maar persoonlijk zijn wij een ruimere keuze gewend dan bagels en wafels.

Pros: I had no complaints about the hotel except for a few of the card readers for entry into the hotel that did not work.

Cons: You can only enter the hotel from the main entrance. It seems the card readers for the back entrance and side entrance of the hotel were broken. In my opinion, the card reader for the back entrance certainly should be working. At night, I would think it would pose a safety risk considering you would have to walk outside from the back of the hotel to the front entrance. Another question is what happens when the temperature falls in the winter?

Pros: Exceptional service, spacious and comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide selection of fresh options. We were very impressed.

We had a wonderful time, our room was clean the bathrooms were spotless and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Pros: Everything! Our room was so huge and cozy and I especially loved the walk in closet!

Cons: The only reason why I didn’t give it a 10 was because the pool was very mucky and the pool floor was very slimy and slippery.
