The staff were excellent with their assistance.

Pros: I was able to drop my luggage off at the reception desk at 9am to travel to Vermont. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Cons: The sink for the bathroom was actually outside the bathroom

Pros: No-frills room with all the necessities. Friendly staff, clean room with easy access (motel: drive right to your door), convenient location. Ate dinner at the picnic table right outside our door.

Cons: Paper-thin walls -- could hear our next-door neighbors very easily.

Great Value For A Short Stay!

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, comfortable bed, clean bedding and decent towels, quiet location, close to the interstate. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: I was surprised there was no phone in the room to contact the office, if necessary. However, the office is not very far from any room. There was no ironing board/iron, which I actually needed.

Efficient and convenient

Pros: Quick and easy access to Saratoga Spa State Park, which was the purpose of our trip. The room was clean and did the job!

Cons: Noise travelled very easily between rooms. Beds were small (doubles) for our occupancy though we were very grateful for the last minute booking.

Pros: Staff was excellent friendly and very helpful. Going back this weekend for two nights. Location is wonderful. Several choices for delivery food. which the pizza was excellent.

Pros: Loved the pool. It was such a hot, humid week that the pool alleviated my stress. It was very quiet, no noise coming from other rooms. It was on Route 9, near the state park, so there were no shops nearby, just a lot of greenery. The traffic was not loud, either. The location was nice, even though it was not close to downtown Saratoga, it was only a ten minute drive to most attractions. It was close to Malta, as well, which has nice restaurants. Of course. it was only a minute away from I-87. The bed was comfortable, the wall unit air conditioner was brand new.

Cons: It's not walking distance to the hub of downtown, but with a car it's an easy drive as long as there is convenient parking at the downtown attractions. If I stayed at a hotel right in the heart of downtown with its own parking lot, I would be spared the problem of finding a parking garage with availability. It is less of a concern during the off-season.

Pros: We stayed here to be close to SPAC for a concert. The room was clean, the staff at the check-in desk was pleasant and welcoming, and check-out was easy. We're planning additional trips to SPAC for future concerts and would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and informative, hotel is only a short distance from shopping centers, attractions and restaurants in the area! It's a tiny little motel with old school charm and personality! Great stay! No breakfast included, but there are so many places to enjoy a real home cooked breakfast and spend time with family and plan your day!
