Extremely happy about it

Pros: David the manager was extremely friendly and helpful, Rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. I booked for 1 night to go to Vermont and see the solar eclipse in north of Vermont. But in my way back to Washington DC I stayed one more night there.

Great stay! Very attentive and helpful staff.

Pros: The manager who checked us in was prompt and helped fix the hot water temperature and some discoloration of the water when we first arrived. He was also very patient and helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to work the remotes. The stay was comfortable, quiet, plenty of hot water, heater in the room wasn’t loud, lots of space to love around in the room, and best of all, they left a goodie bag with treats and drinks for us upon our arrival! What a cool surprise! I’ve never had even the fanciest of hotels be that considerate and caring! I will totally stay here again the next time I visit Glens Falls!

Cons: Nothing really. It was solid, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Clean, simple, comfortable and quiet

Pros: Very simple old-style motel, but very clean and comfortable. Our unit was in the back building away from the road so it was very quiet. Also it had a very quiet AC unit! Our host was helpful and friendly.

Cons: Would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room.

Passing thru glens falls and needed a room

Pros: Very clean modern room that was a short drive from many dinning options.

The inn worked well for the weekend. But a hot shower at the end of the day would have been great

Pros: It was in a nice location. Close to food, gas, shopping. Our room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Nice size television,refrigerator, microwave . The office was clean and welcoming and the front desk staff was very pleasant.

Cons: The hair dryer was cracked, so I could not use it. The fitted sheets did not stay on the bed mattress. The shower head did not allow much pressure. The water in the shower was not hot, was like warm.

Good place to crash after a hard day's work. Would stay there again.

Pros: David was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and confortable. Shower was excellent. Fridge & Microwave in each room. Convenient ice machine. Quiet location.

Cons: No coffee that we were aware of. Ice machine scoop missing the 2nd day. Wifi very poor in room 207.
