Overall a nice stay, very pricey which was down to demand during the week I was staying.

Pros: Great location. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and the shower worked well.

Cons: Had some internet connection problems.

Great location and very clean and comfy room!!

Pros: Proximity to town is excellent, easy parking included . Super comfy bed.

Cons: Lack of outlets and no outlet found in the bathroom

Pros: They communicated well and things were ready for my arrival. Had everything you need for a place to sleep and wash yourself.

Cons: I would have liked password encrypted WiFi. Some maintenance is needed in room. Like bathroom was missing lightbulb and accent metal on headboard of bed had come off and was sticking out. A refrigerator would be nice but was not promised so should not be expected.

Pros: I was really early and I called the number on the door and a lady named Holly answered and got me in 4 hours early. she was very accommodating and even though the motel was getting renovated, it was still clean and a friendly place to stay. I would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking to stay in Saratoga springs.

Very accommodating, serviceable, not fancy - an old school motel!

Pros: Ed, the owner/manager, was delightful, helpful, charming. He couldn't have been more polite. I told him the bed and the warmth of the boiler/furnace were both very comfortable. I slept well. I did suggest that each room come with one chair to sit on - there was none in my room, so I had to sit on the end of the bed. But the rooms are small, and I realize one can fit only so many creature comforts in a small space.

Cons: No chair to sit on. Some sort of small table/desk might have helped, too, with holding my laptop and doing some work.
