Overall, the facilities were comfortable, clean. The staff was friendly, too!

Pros: The breakfast was a good variety served in a state of cleanliness. The bed and pillows were comfortable. TV was easy to use. The room was truly smoke free. I do not smoke. The air quality was good. I definitely will return some day!

Cons: I found it difficult to locate. Next time I will have the exact location on my GPS. I neglected to get this email information before leaving from home.

Loved the convenience and comfort.

Pros: I loved that there was coffee/tea 24 hours!😀 The ice machine actually worked, yay! Good shower pressure, could actually rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Requested first floor and was happily accommodated. Friendly staff😀. Spacious room. Nice location, convenient but set back off road. Overall nice stay.

Cons: Glad there was no carpet, but floor was sticky. Not a lot of food choices for breakfast. Sink faucet leaked onto counter. No exhaust fan for shower.

Pros: The staff was fantastic. Super sweet. One lady particularly, I think she is older than me, probably 40s, blond hair. She was the best, I'm sorry I'm horrible with names.

Cons: My tub did not drain well when taking a shower. Standing in ankle deep water is not enjoyable.

Friendly staff

Pros: Front desk staff are very helpful minus the night shift guy. Doesn't seem like he cares much for the job. Housekeeping staff is also helpful. The one lady who works front with curly blonde hair is fantastic. She helped me with resources I need for a problem im having and is always happy to take of me. Manager is nice as well
