Days Inn by Wyndham Albany SUNY

Pros: I thought everything was pretty good. I needed a calm, cheap and simple place to stay while I studied in SUNY, the university nearby. It was very near the university and several small restaurants and markets and laundromat; it had a simple breakfast, which I liked, because it was simple coffee, bread and yogurt and I could eat something normal (I mean not something greasy and expensive from a restaurant) before going to class. There was a fridge and a microwave so we could keep some food in the room; the room in the whole was pretty comfortable and there was a lot of space, and the staff was really nice. The room was always very clean and tidy.

Cons: You can always hear people walking in the floor above you. Like, even if the guests are only walking and opening their bags or something, you can hear everything they do in the floor upstairs and it's pretty loud. The breakfast started to mysteriously disappear in the last days when I was there; and I think there could be water for us to get somewhere, at least during breakfast - I usually have some pills and vitamins in the morning and I need to have water to swallow them all, not juice, and when my water ended in the middle of the night by mistake things got hard for me, so I couldn't forget to get a lot of water in the university and in the small markets before going back to the hotel.

Pros: Room had been updated with new laminate flooring- bed was super comfortable

Cons: Breakfast was very basic, blueberry muffins (superb) toast ,juice and tea/coffee

Pros: It was convenient interms of transport. I could easily get a bus from where the hotel was. It calm area. Also the staff are caring and the hospitality is good.

Cons: Very limited space in bathroom for toiletries to be stored Duct tape holding shower nozzle Very thin walls so could hear other guests' footsteps and snoring! VERY limited options for breakfast. Fruit in a bowl and individual yogurts would be a good addition

Friendly and clean place to rest on our journey.

Pros: Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Room was clean.

Cons: Closer to the core would be nice but we had a car so no issue.

Pros: It was an overnight stay. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Had a very good night's rest. Great staff and manager. Forgot my tablet. I called the Days Inn about my tablet and they returned my call to advise the tablet was there.

Cons: Breakfast was duable.

Good value for the money!

Pros: The staff was really nice, kind, and attentive. The room was generally clean and comfortable, and came with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a nice desk and chair for working! The hotel is very conveniently located in a safe area with malls, stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel was a great value for the money, it's current rating doesn't do justice to the good experience we had at this hotel.

Cons: This a no frills hotel so breakfast is expected to be simple, but it would be nice having some milk and cereal, as the options were limited to just bread and juice/coffee. The pillows were nice and soft but too thick so they were a a bit uncomfortable on the neck. I also found what it looked like an accumulation of mold and dust in the ceiling but nothing major. Other than that, we liked the hotel!

Pros: Beds were comfy pillows were good breakfast was just toast coffee and juice but great for a over night pass through
