More than meet my needs.

Pros: I stayed here before going on a camping trip. I was able to walk with all my gear from Amtrak and then on to the car rental location. For me, the location was a plus and I was not afraid of the neighborhood. Most of the people living there were friendly and fun. The neighborhood is lower income but the night I was there it was quiet and restful outside. The best part of my stay was the Jamaican restaurant next to the hotel. This food is simply wonderful and dining in or doing take out is an option. There were several other excellent restaurants close by.

Cons: To be expected, the facilities needs some updating. I was disappointed that there was not coffee available, either in the room or in the lobby. Several walkable coffee places did not open until 8 a.m. which is usually when I start thinking about lunch.
