Nice property

Pros: Nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Nicely refurbished apartment. Washer/dryer in the unit. Lots of bedrooms to accommodate larger groups. Good AC and heating, Full kitchen. Shower was good..Location was pretty close to two subways, grocery store and bodegas. Jude was very attentive to helping us out with locks and wifi.

Cons: The apartment was on the fourth floor. We didnt see that on the listing and walking stairs and getting luggage up to the apartment.isn't easy for seniors. No elevator🫤 You should make it more apparent the apartment has stairs and not an elevator to the apartment.

Pros: Uns gefiel die Einrichtung der Zimmer, die Aufteilung der Wohnung und die Ausstattung der Küche. Die Anbindung zur Subway war mit zwei verschiedenen Stationen sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt in einer \

Cons: Die Wohnung ist hellhörig, so dass Ober- und Untermieter manchmal zu hören waren. Es fehlen eine Garderobe, Ständer zum Trocknen von Handtüchern, zwei weitere bequeme Sitzmöbel (das Sofa bietet nur Platz für drei Personen) sowie ein gemütlich-warmes Licht im Wohnbereich. Allerdings sind das nur Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt haben.
