Pros: Comfortable apartment with very friendly host, who will help you where ever she can. Within half an hour you are in Manhattan. Lot of facilities in the neighbourhood.

Cons: La guardia airport is nearby and sometimes ( not at night) you will hear some passing planes.

Pros: My familymembers and me really enjoyed the stay. The appartement was cosy, clean and comfortable. Also privicy was given. As well as good located in a very nice neighbourhood and good connection to the public transport. We also apprechiated the warmly and supportive communication with the host.

Great apartment 3 blocks from subway with lots of great restaurants nearby

Very comfortable flat in a quiet area, well connected to Manhattan and airports.

Pros: For our first time visiting New York, this flat has been just great: located in a quiet residential area very close to groceries shops and restaurants, it has everything you need to rest properly and cook for yourselves if you are tired after a long day walking around the city. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well equipped. The flat is 8 mins walk from a subway station which takes you to Manhattan in less than 30 mins. The host has been kind and helpful, check-in and check-out were very easy because the communication was clear and precise.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had all the facilities that were listed. Beds were pretty comfortable. The nearby supermarket had everything we needed. Subway station within walking distance

Cons: The area was okay, but there is very little close by to see.

Much cheaper than staying in the center of NY but, with the metro, easy access to the city.

Pros: A short walk (2.5 blocks) from a busy metro station, so transport into NYC is straightforward. The neighborhood is quiet (for NYC) and has plenty of trees around.

Cons: We had a little confusion with key pick-up - it's important to follow the instructions precisely (my fault)!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The host Anya was great and helped with anything that we needed help with. Also, her recommendations of places to eat and go were great. We loved the area. It was about 10 min to the subway that took you straight into Manhattan. We felt safe the whole time and the food in the area was all so good.

Pros: A great place to stay in every way. The owner was very friendly before, during, and after our stay, always available and helpful. The apartment had everything you need for a pleasant stay. We felt very comfortable and if we are back in the city, we would love to come back.

Un sitio perfecto para visitar Nuev York

Pros: Suficientemente amplio y cómodo. Barrio con muchos comercios, supermercados, bares y transportes. Zona tranquila para dormir con Manhattan a 30 min en metro

Belo custo benefício.

Pros: Cozinha bem equipada, bom banheiro, quartos amplos. E sobretudo a educação ,atenção e simpatia da Anya, a anfitriã.

Cons: As chaves do apartamento poderiam ter duas cópias, para que os 3 ocupantes possam fazer suas coisas de forma individual.
