A great place to stay while my apartment in NYC is being renovated

Pros: It was the dream Airbnb location, EVERYTHING — public transportation, dry cleaners, myriad restaurants from many cultures, fresh food markets and a firehouse, all within a 5-minute walk from the rental, and the hosts couldn’t be nicer. It’s 100% value for the money, the neighborhood is a family locale that’s quiet.
