Pros: Jessica the manager was exceptional, the free coffee machine was great the hotel was good value for money

Good option for la guardia airport but far from manhattan sights

Pros: Clean room, bigger than expected. Size is more than enough for solo traveller

Cons: Sink was slightly blocked with chunk of hair and some paper

Pros: Everything. It was super clean , nice and cool when we got it. Guy at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant. Staff was super friendly

Great reception and coffee machine

Pros: Chris who is the reception staff was very helpful and accommodating. Hoping for the breakfast selection to have more variety.

Friendly Queens hotel

Pros: The staff were friendly and accomodating, the breakfast staff didn't rush you out and gave you a last chance with items. Breakfast was hot and extensive. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having the sink outside the bathroom.

Cons: A kettle in the room and feels a little dated.

Comfortable, accommodating and amiable.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and accomodating - Armando should be singled out because he was understanding, very helpful and very pleasant.

Cons: While I understand the costs have been reflexively increased because of the pandemic, the prices on the weekend are a bit excessive.

Overall would love to stay here again and would recommend!

Pros: We stayed here for a concert at the ubs arena and the location was great! Really nice neighborhood and it was very convenient especially with so many food options nearby

Cons: The water was off when we first arrived so we were a little worried but once it was fixed everything was fine!

The manager on duty at the time of check-in, Chris, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Pros: We needed a hotel where we could have our post-op daughter stay with us. Finding a hotel in the city at this time of year is virtually impossible. The Best Western had the availability that we needed, and they were able to get us checked in early so our daughter could lay down.

Cons: Not too many food options close by.

Will be my go to for any future stays. The location was perfect for visiting friends and family

Cons: Parking lot was very tight. Definitely wouldn’t be able to maneuver a truck around it. But that’s ok.

Pros: Zur Regionalbahn gut zu Fuß gelegen. Ohne Probleme direkt nach Manhattan per Expresszug. Auch für Ausflüge in die Hamptons top. Der sauber und freundliches Personal.
