Easy and convenient.

Pros: This hotel was convenient. It wasn't too far from JFK or LaGuardia airports. The price was also reasonable. The management also let me change my booking date since I put the wrong date. This was done without hassle. They were so nice and accommodating.

Cons: I did not like that many of the convenience stores were closed as well as the restaurants. That probably had more to do with the time of my arrival than anything else.

The stay was very enjoyable and I look forward to returning.

Pros: I like the quietness of the area, the people are friendly, and the location works for my purpose for coming to NY at that time of year. My family and I enjoyed our stay as this was the 2nd time staying here.

Cons: I think it would be nice if they included breakfast as the price per night is a little pricey. Also I have a suggestion that they include a curtain between the bathroom and bedroom areas for some privacy. I was unable to figure out how to use the tub and the shower area needs some railings for safety.

No stress, comfortable, and exactly what I needed.

Pros: Initially I was a little confused by the showered set up but I found it was not as odd as I thought it would be. The shower and bathroom sink were combined. It was not an issue, I expected that it would be a problem but it was not, nothing got soaked and it was nice to have everything in one place. The staff were also very nice. Every person I spoke to was kind, helpful, and friendly. My flight out got cancelled and they were able to accommodate an extension of my stay without any stress. There is a police station next door, an Historic Quaker Meeting house, and an amazing bakery on the block. Pretty chill neighbourhood.

Cons: I did have a little problem sorting out how to use the television. I only wanted to watch something once as I was pretty busy. I ended up watching Netflix on the previous persons account (Spanish with English subtitles). It wasn’t a problem necessarily.

Decent hotel close to airport

Pros: Very close to LGA, that's why we chose it. Many restaurants and not far from Subway.

Cons: For our purpose it was ok

Nice hotel on a budget - perfect if you're visiting Citi Field for Mets games.

Pros: The hotel is quiet, in a quiet neighbourhood, just off the main road of Chinatown. I think there was only 6-8 rooms per floor, so you're unlikely to be bothered by noise from other guests. I never heard a peep when I was there.

Pros: The new management seems good and concerned about improving the service.

Pros: It was a nice clean room. I enjoyed the roof top restaurant and the proximity to many services.

Cons: I found the room a little small for 4 people, the lack of ice machines on the floor was an annoyance

Nice place to spend few days in New York

Pros: Nice and modern hotel in the center of Flushing, Queens. Walking distance to line 7 train leading to Manhattan. Rooms quite spacious with modern, glass bathroom. Unusable terrace - due to constant plane takeoffs noice from La Guardia.
