Pros: Very close to Flushing Meadow and the US Open .. the main reason for our trip and why we chose this hotel. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and checkout simple. Would use this hotel again.

Pros: Lovely hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable. Good location and nice amenities at reception. The ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: When I arrived the sheets on the bed were dirty. I requested clean sheets after I checked in and was told by a man at reception that House keeping would clean my bed. Came back at 1am and sheets were not cleaned so at 1am I had to attend reception, request clean lining clean my own bed!! Male members at reception were not to helpful

I enjoyed my stay, everything was clean and comfortable the front desk was clerks were all nice

Pros: I didn't get breakfast but the location was a little sketchy at first but it got more comfortable day by day.

Cons: The prices at the little cafe bar in the front office could have been less expensive. The housekeeping department didn't speak English.

Pros: The receptionist was very kind and friendly. We chatted shortly about the area and how to get back onto the shuttle to get back to the airport in the morning. Checking in was simple and quick. The room was very nice and clean. When I return to NY, I plan on staying at this hotel once again since now I signed up for their membership.

Cons: I couldn't find any ice machines near my room or on my room floor.

Very comfortable with all the amenities that a wary traveler can enjoy.

Pros: We liked that it was convenient to LaGuardia Airport and the fact that we were able to utilize the airport shuttle. Hotel was very clean, comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: We were a little disappointed that the surrounding area was a little dirty and the subway ride to Manhattan was longer than expected. We had no TV Reception in the room which was a little frustrating.
