Baseball trip

Pros: Well appointed room Very clean, and well maintained Good facilities Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons: I didn't like an unexpected security bond of $500 being debited from my account. This was falsely explained at check in as I was told no money would be debited. However it seems that $500 was immediately debited and I now have to wait between 3/4 weeks for that money to return to my account, which I am unhappy about.

Pros: The room was cleaned very well. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, but tell the front desk and they will ask the staff to send you a room.

Cons: The next day, after cleaning the room, there were no bath towels. Everyone found out when they were taking a shower at night and had to ask the front desk for bath towels. The phone in the room doesn't work, so I have to go downstairs to find the front desk.

Pros: Bed very comfortable, walk in shower good. View towards manhattan excellent.

Cons: No fridge or microwave. No restaurant or bar except coffee bar until 10.30am. Air conditioning very loud. Only valet parking so if you forgot something they would have to bring the car to you.

Comfortable and clean

Pros: Breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. The beds were very comfortable

Cons: There is no restaurant/ food / drinks available in the hotel on a Sunday. As we only stayed 2 nights it would have been better to be available for us as a family of 4

Pros: The hotel seemed very safe and secure; the facilities are new, clean, and well-taken care of, and the room was quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Location was a bit dodgy, even if the hotel was safe and secure. A bit pricey for what they offer perhaps, even if the facilities were clean and well taken care of.
