Pros: The hotel is conveniently situated close to the underground. It is cleaned, the staff is really friendly, everything was fine.

Pros: I'm deeply grateful to every staff member for their hard work in providing such a clean and comfortable stay. Apparently, the hotel has updated the bathroom fixtures, making it less prone to water accumulation. They wisely removed the carpet, which was prone to mold and stains. The room was very clean and simple, without any musty smell. The room was very spacious for its price. I loved the cleanliness of the room, so I renewed my lease.

Pros: Our one-week stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire staff was always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with even the smallest details, which made us feel truly comfortable and well cared for. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Mirko, who was always there with a smile, ready to help, advise, or arrange whatever we needed. His professionalism combined with genuine warmth made a significant difference in our stay and made us feel right at home. If you are looking for a place where cleanliness, comfort, and top-level hospitality come together, this hotel is the right choice. We will be more than happy to return and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Cons: If I had to mention one small detail that disturbed the stay, it would be the sirens of fire trucks from the street. Of course, this is something the hotel cannot control, and it in no way changes our overall excellent impression.

Pros: Overall a fine stay, with professional and welcoming staff, smooth check-in and excellent breakfast options. The location is also convenient for accessing the subway and nearby areas. What I didn't like was the extremely noisy AC, as well as some weird smell in the room.

Pros: Best location near LGA airport with free shuttle pick up and drop. Plenty of Chinese food outlets around, Bigger rooms more than expected, Italian connection, polite staff, nice lobby, facilities of Gym, Laundry, breakfast, easy to move around.

Great location

Pros: Location was great, close to subway, buses and China Town. Breakfast was good. Possibility to wash cloths. Gym.

Cons: The Italian restaurant was closed.

Pros: Friendly professional staff, easy check-in, comfortable well-equipped room, delicious breakfast, well-situated for subway and for visiting Manhattan, good range of restaurants nearby

Cons: We were sorry that the hotel restaurant was not open in the evenings, as we have had delicious meals there on previous stays. It would be very helpful if the studio kitchen was provided with crockery, cutlery and cooking implements

Amazing place with amazing staff

Pros: The best hotel in the world! Everything is nice here - the stuff, the location, the rooms, the breakfast. Tea and coffee is available 24/7. I will definitely get back.
